The Board of Directors of Aemulus Holdings Berhad ("the Company")  wishes to announce that Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT have been appointed as the auditors of the Company for the ensuing year at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 February 2021 in place of the retiring auditors, Messrs Grant Thornton.
