The Board of Directors of Aemulus (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Messrs Grant Thornton, the external auditors of the Company has expressed their intention not to seek for re-appointment as auditors of the Company at the forthcoming 6th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") as their practice will be merged with Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT (201906003682 & No. AF: 0737) on 1 January 2021. Accordingly, Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT has offered for appointment as the in-coming auditors of the Company.

The Board has reviewed and recommended Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as auditors of the Company in place of the retiring auditors, Messrs Grant Thornton. Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT has given its consent to act as auditors pursuant to Section 264(5)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

The proposed appointment of Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as auditors of the Company is subject to the approval from the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming 6th AGM of the Company to be convened on 8 February 2021.
