We refer to the announcement dated 10 April 2020 (“Initial Announcement”) in respect of the above subject matter.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“ACSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 3 December 2020, entered into a supplemental agreement with Tangren Microtelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (唐人制造(宁波)有限公司) (“Tangren Microtelligence”) and Tangren Microtelligence Technology (Jiashan) Co., Ltd. (唐人制造(嘉善)有限公司) (“Tangren (Jiashan)”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tangren Microtelligence for the purpose of matters related to the change of the counterparty of the Joint Venture Agreement upon the terms and condition of the Supplemental Agreement  (the “Supplemental Agreement”).
