Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 September 2016, 18 November 2016, 23 February 2017, 28 February 2017, 18 May 2017, 17 August 2017, 16 November 2017, 8 February 2018, 15 May 2018, 16 August 2018, 22 November 2018, 22 February 2019 and 16 May 2019 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and Shanghai Testrong Technologies Co., Ltd (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the collaboration is in progress and in accordance with the MOU, and there is no material change to the collaboration since the previous announcement dated 16 May 2019.
