The Board of Directors of Aemulus wishes to inform that the Company’s Sponsor, TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) will be completing their tenure as Sponsor of the Company on 30 September 2018 and accordingly, will cease to be the Company’s Sponsor with effect from 1 October 2018. The Board of Directors of Aemulus also wishes to announce that the Company will not be renewing its Sponsorship with TA Securities and will not be appointing another Sponsor.

The Company has fulfilled the requirement under Rule 3.21(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) which requires a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities to secure and maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
