Reference is made to the announcements dated 25 August 2016, 18 November 2016, 23 February 2017, 28 February 2017, 18 May 2017, 17 August 2017, 16 November 2017, 8 February 2018, 15 May 2018 and 16 August 2018 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and pSemi Corporation (formerly known as Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation) (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that MOU will lapse on 22 August 2018 pursuant to the MOU and accordingly, the said MOU will be terminated with effect from 22 August 2018 (the “Termination”).  

The Termination does not have any financial impact on the Group.
