On behalf of the Board of Directors of Aemulus, TA Securities wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 20 April 2018, a total of 109,712,497 Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 23 April 2018, being the next market day after the said entitlement date.
