Mr Ng Chin Wah graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy (Honours) in 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Mr Ng Chin Wah was appointed as Financial Controller of the Company on 1 April 2015. He started his career in 2003 as an Audit Assistant with Ernst & Young, Penang and was promoted to Audit Senior in 2005. In 2007, he joined Ernst & Young, Singapore as Audit Senior. During his tenure with Ernst & Young, he was involved in audit and advisory services covering a wide range of sectors and industries including semiconductor, manufacturing, property development, construction, trading. He has extensive exposures in Financial Reporting Standard of Malaysia and Singapore, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles reporting, initial public offerings and compliance requirement pursuant to the Sarbanes Oxley Act, 2002 of the USA. He joined the Group in 2009 as the Finance Manager. In April 2015, he was promoted to Financial Controller. He is responsible for the overall finance and account functions and overseeing the supply chain activities of the Group.
