Reference is made to the announcement dated 15 September 2016 (“Initial Announcement”) in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and Shanghai Testrong Technologies Co., Ltd.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the collaboration is in progress in accordance to the MOU.
