The Board of Directors of Aemulus Holdings Berhad (“Aemulus”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“ACSB”) has on 18 November 2015 registered a branch office in Taiwan by the name of Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Taiwan Branch (hereinafter referred as “Incorporation”).

Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Taiwan Branch is registered in Taiwan with registered capital of NT$500,000 (approximately RM65,300).

The principal activity of Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Taiwan Branch will be the trading of automated test equipment and provision of its related services.

None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of Aemulus and persons connected to them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the said Incorporation.
