Reference is made to the announcement made on 7 April 2025, 14 May 2025, 14 August 2025 and 20 November 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“ACSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aemulus Holdings Berhad (“AHB” or “the Company”) and Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co., Ltd (“SEMCO”) (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties are currently in discussions to enter into a joint development agreement to formalise their collaboration and to establish a strategic and long-term partnership in relation to Silicon Capacitor functionality testing.
