Reference is made to the announcement made on 7 April 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“ACSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aemulus Holdings Berhad (“AHB” or “the Company”) and Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co., Ltd (“SEMCO”) (“Announcement”).

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that based on the MOU entered between ACSB and SEMCO, multiple deals amounting to a total of approximately MYR6.0 million have been completed.
