We refer to the announcement dated 26 February 2025 (“Initial Announcement”) (reference number: GA1-26022025-00056) in respect of the above subject matter.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement, shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide herewith the following additional information in relation to the Letter of Intent:

1. The Letter of Intent shall take effect from 26 February 2025 for a duration of two (2) years and will expire on 26 February 2027.

2. The Letter of Intent is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and relevant government authorities.
