The Company has obtained shareholders' approval on the Annual General Meetings held on 8 February 2021 and 8 February 2022 respectively to allow the Directors to award and grant ordinary shares to the abovementioned Director at any time during the duration of the existing RSP, in accordance with the By-Laws of the RSP.

 

The existing RSP will expire on 14 February 2026.
