Extension of Existing Aemulus Holdings Berhad Restricted Share Plan ("RSP")

The Board of Directors of Aemulus wishes to announce that the Company has extended its existing RSP which is expiring on 14 February 2021 for another 5 years until 14 February 2026 (“RSP Extension”) in accordance with the terms of the By-Laws of the RSP.
