The Board of Directors of Aemulus Holdings Berhad ("Aemulus" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that a first interim single tier dividend of 0.2 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2019 has been declared by the Company and shall be paid on 27 December 2018 to depositors registered in Records of Depositors at the close of business on 6 December 2018.
