Bonus Issue of up to 109,712,500 new ordinary shares in Aemulus Holdings Berhad ("Aemulus" or "Company") ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every four (4) existing ordinary shares in Aemulus held by entitled shareholders of the Company as at 5:00 p.m. on 20 April 2018 ("Entitlement Date").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 18 Apr 2018
2)    The last date of lodgment : 20 Apr 2018
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
        a)    Selling Broker to deduct <1/5>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
        b)    Buying Broker to deduct <20%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
        c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/5>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1:- “Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 20 April 2018 with bonus issue of AEMULUS shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive AEMULUS bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his AEMULUS shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (18 April 2018).

For example, if Mr X purchases 400 AEMULUS shares on cum basis on 17 April 2018, Mr X should receive 400 shares on 20 April 2018. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 500 AEMULUS shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 20 April 2018 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 500 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 18 April 2018 onwards."

Remarks 2:- We refer to the announcement dated 26 January 2018, 6, 13, 27, 28 February 2018 and 29 March 2018 in relation to the Bonus Issue ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Companys Announcements. The date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will be 23 April 2018, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The Bonus Shares will be credited into entitled shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the addresses set out in the Record of Depositors, within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
