Reference is made to the announcements dated 25 August 2016, 18 November 2016, 23 February 2017, 28 February 2017, 18 May 2017, 17 August 2017 and 16 November 2017 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the collaboration is in progress and in accordance with the MOU, and there is no material change to the collaboration since the previous announcement dated 16 November 2017.
