Reference is made to the announcements dated 25 August 2016, 18 November 2016, 23 February 2017, 28 February 2017 and 18 May 2017 in relation to the MOU between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the collaboration is in progress with accordance to the MOU, and there is no material development since the previous announcement dated 18 May 2017.
