Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement(s).

Reference is made to the announcement dated 15 September 2016, 18 November 2016, 23 February 2017 and 28 February 2017 in relation to the MOU between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and Shanghai Testrong Technologies Co., Ltd.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the collaboration is in progress with accordance to the MOU, and there is no material development since the previous announcement dated 28 February 2017.
