Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 September 2016, 18 November 2016 and 23 February 2017 in relation to the MOU between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and Shanghai Testrong Technologies Co., Ltd.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the collaboration is in progress with accordance to the MOU, and there is no material development since the previous announcement dated 18 November 2016.
