Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement(s).

Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 September 2016 and 18 November 2016 in relation to the MOU between Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd and Shanghai Testrong Technologies Co., Ltd.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the collaboration is in progress in accordance with the MOU.
