We refer to the announcements dated 15 November 2021, 16 November 2021 and 22 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed Placement.

On behalf of Aemulus, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 23 November 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 60,678,000 Placement Shares, subject to the following conditions:

1. Aemulus and CIMB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;

2. Aemulus and CIMB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Placement;

3. Aemulus to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Placement is completed; and

4. Aemulus to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act, in the event the current authority has expired.
